Nose to tail puppy training programme

Puppy training and support from the moment your puppy comes home. Built around your puppy, not a classroom.

A cute puppy sleeping close to camera

The first few weeks with a new puppy rarely go the way you imagined

Nobody tells you how hard the first few weeks can be.

One minute you’re bringing your puppy home for the first time, the next you’re wondering if you’ve got any of it right.

That’s what the Nose to tail puppy training programme is for.

A bespoke plan built around your puppy, from those first overwhelming days through to the early months, so you’re never working it out alone.

The details

Here's what you need to know

Locations

My puppy training programme is available in Ayrshire, East Kilbride, and Glasgow South Side.

Every puppy is different, so the plan is built around yours

Depending on what you need, this can include:

  • Toilet training
  • Settling in and coping with those early weeks
  • Building confidence and good habits as your puppy grows
  • Working through individual issues as they come up
  • Support between sessions

You’ll have support between visits, so small questions don’t have to wait until the next session.

Why one to one puppy training works better than classes

Puppy classes can feel rushed and crowded, and it’s easy to come away without much to show for it.

The Nose to tail programme is calmer, more personal, and built entirely around your puppy, in the place they’ll actually be living and growing.

Costs

The full programme is £399.

Get in touch
  • How many sessions will I need?

The programme is built around 6 sessions plus the accompanying webinars. Every puppy is different, so some families find they need more support as things come up, particularly as your puppy grows and new situations arise.

  • What happens once the programme finishes?

Many owners find puppyhood is only part of the story, adolescence brings its own ups and downs, often just as you’re settling into a rhythm together.

Once your programme is complete, you can book two follow on sessions for £85, to use any time within the following six months, so there’s still support there if things get a bit rocky.

  • Can I start before my puppy arrives home?

Yes. Getting in touch before your puppy comes home means we can plan ahead together, so you feel ready for those first few days rather than working it out as you go.

  • Will you help with toilet training?

Yes, toilet training is one of the areas the programme covers, alongside settling in, confidence building, and any individual issues that come up as your puppy grows.

  • How is this different from puppy classes?

Puppy classes can be crowded and rushed, and it’s easy to feel like you haven’t learned very much. This programme is built entirely around your puppy, delivered in your own home, at a pace that suits you both.

  • What if I've had a dog before?

Every puppy is different, even if you’ve raised a dog before. The programme is tailored to this puppy, in front of you, rather than assuming what worked last time will work again.
