What is The CALMER Method™?
The CALMER Method™ is a calm, structured approach to dog reactivity that supports dogs and guardians to feel safer, more confident, and better understood — without rushing or forcing change.
Rather than focusing on stopping behaviour, we focus on:
- understanding thresholds and triggers
- reducing unnecessary stress
- building predictable structure
- supporting emotional regulation
- progressing gradually, at a pace your dog can cope with

This is the primary pathway for most guardians seeking structured, supported progress.
It includes:
- 4 x 90-minute live sessions
- Small, capped group (8–10 participants)
- Calm, structured teaching
- Ongoing access to recordings
- Step-by-step guidance through the CALMER framework
This option is ideal if you are ready for guided support and want clarity, structure, and reassurance as you work through reactivity.
🌿 CALMER Walks Starter Kit
£47 | Self-paced
If you feel you need a gentler starting point, the Starter Kit provides a calm introduction to the CALMER framework.
It includes:
- 4 short video lessons
- A calm walks checklist
- A progress tracker
This option is suited to those who:
- want to slow things down
- feel unsure about committing to live support
- need space to build confidence first
