Does life with your dog feel like a real challenge?
As a dog behaviour specialist I understand that sometimes life with your dog isn't quite how you imagined and it can really get you down.
Do you dread going for walks due to reactivity or leash pulling?
Is it manic when someone new enters the house or walks past the window?
Are you constantly battling nipping, bitting, barking ,or jumping up?
Are you worried when you leave your dog alone at home?
Is your dog anxious, worried, or on the go all the time?
These are just some of the situations that as a dog behaviour specialist, I can help with but the list is endless and very personal to you. Remember what you consider a problem, is a problem to you. There is never any judgement, we deal with the dog in front of us to create a stronger bond between you and your dog.
Do you feel like you have tried everything?
If your dog is struggling, then training may not be the answer. Behaviour support IS. You simply can't train fear, reactivity, anxiety or frustration away. Often when we get underneath the emotions and put a plan in place, there is very little training needed at all.

A lot. Training is a process where we learn a new task following some protocols and methods. This is needed for many aspects of your dog's life.
Behaviour work is when the dog is struggling with situations, people noises etc and is normally due to fear, anxiety, arousal or frustration. In these scenarios we need to understand WHY the dog feels this way before we can help change this for them. All dog trainers are not behaviourists.
Yes you can. We won't change their personality, just like you can't change yours so if you have a quiet shy dog they will likely always feel this way. what we can do though is give you both tools and strategies to help them cope much better in situations. I can help your dog live their best life.
Absolutely. One-to-one sessions are ideal for dogs who struggle in group settings or need a more personalised, calm approach. We’ll go at your dog’s pace, with safety and comfort as the top priority. I have a special interest in anxiety based issues, and studied this area of canine behaviour extensively.
